Movement quality and strength are the fundamentals of fitness and general health. With my clients, I dedicate an important part of the process to building and improving the fundamentals. For the second, key part of the process, we dedicate time and attention to setting and achieving(!) specific individual goals and customize the training to go above and beyond those goals. My passion for fitness came at an early age playing rugby, athletics and just about every sport I could. This passion for sports then led me to study Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff University where I then went on to gain a masters degree in Strength and Conditioning.
 
Having worked within the fields of personal training and strength and conditioning for over 8 years, working within professional and international sport, I believe I have the knowledge to help you reach your goals, using different styles of training tailored to your enjoyment and meeting your specific needs.
 
I love to try and help my clients improve their strength, fitness and general health as this is how I like to train myself, with everything focused around having good technique and pushing yourself as hard as you can. I enjoy weight and circuit training as well as some HIIT style sessions to get the blood pumping!
 
I feel that I am a personable, versatile and knowledgeable trainer who always aims to incorporate a wide variety of exercise techniques in my sessions. My programming is designed to get you to your goals fast, whilst having a challenging and enjoyable time as you go.
